Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for the Toshiba SA-725 receiver. This includes all the parts you need to completely recap a Toshiba SA-725, and includes the correct size replacement main filter capacitors. This does not include new lights or fuses. Lights I have available here, and if you need new 2.5A fuses I have those here. Just use "add to cart" on everything you want, then check out and shipping will combine automatically. The SA-725 uses one STK-465 for the entire output section, which doesn't usually go bad, but if you need a replacement they are available on eBay. I would recommend buying one from the USA. It's a good idea to refresh the heat-sink compound behind your STK during the rebuild. This kit includes replacements for all the electrolytic capacitors in the receiver, including the two large filter capacitors, which are replaced with new Nichicon VR 6800 uf 50v caps. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild vintage equipment. Capacitors are Nichicon PW, Panasonic FC, Wima film, and Nichicon VR for the filter caps. This kit includes a total of 43 capacitors. This is a fairly simple rebuild, but you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron and a dim-bulb tester with 60W or 100W incandescent bulb. Please see my pictures for details.
