2 NOS Military Surplus Westinghouse Transformers 595R677 HOI Possibly Output

Selling a pair of military surplus what we think are transformers made by Westinghouse. Not sure to be honest but I am sure someone will want to get there hands on these. They are NOs and lmarked as pictured. Two lugs on tow sides. Marked SCOTT in one side. If you can idnetify them please let me know exact use. Thanks Ohm readings are: 46/216 ohms and 45.2/213 ohms. 5-1
