However, I have noticed that many of these units suffer from constantly failing incandescent bulbs, resulting in wasted money on services to replace them time and time again. After years of dealing with this issue, I decided to take matters into my own hands and develop an LED replacement that would match the color temperature and angle of the light. Through my research and collaboration with a manufacturer of LED bulbs, I was able to develop a perfect replacement that not only matches the color temperature but also offers a 360-degree lighting angle compared to the 120-degree angle of regular LED bulbs. This LED replacement has the correct voltage and is sure to save users time and money in the long run. I am thrilled with the results of my efforts and confident that this LED replacement will be a game-changer. Say goodbye to constantly replacing incandescent bulbs and hello to the reliable and efficient lighting of LED technology. Included: 6 x dial fuse type LED bulbs 6 x wired pig-tail LED bulbs for indicators and meters 1 x 3mm pig-tail LED for the pointer Installation Instructions (Video) All are LED, literally infinite bulbs. Pioneer SX-525 capacitor rebuild restoration recap service kit repair filter

The scarcity of good, honest techs who can do good and reasonably priced restoration/rebuild of audio equipment inspired me to create this restoration kit. In today’s day and age, it is difficult to find a knowledgeable technician who can service your audio gear properly. I have seen many poor quality restorations of equipment that cost way too much for their owners. In 99% of the cases, only a few parts were replaced, instead of a full and proper restoration job.A proper restoration must replace all electrolytic capacitors on all boards. Do not fall for partial kits that restore just one PCB (power supply, power amp, etc.). This is not a good or proper way to restore your audio equipment. It is the same as with car tires; one should never replace just one tire and keep the other worn-out tires on. A proper rebuild requires a full recap of all PCBs.On the other hand, if one succeeds in finding a good tech, the wait time is usually 6-12 months for the unit to be serviced, and costs are sky-high. I have been servicing audio equipment for many years and have developed deep respect for all good equipment. Knowing how amazing and warm these units can sound, I decided to put together this kit. It includes very good upgrades and improvements that must be done to the unit. This restoration kit will make a huge difference in the sound quality. All the parts are of high-quality Japanese Nichicon / Rubycon / IC / United Chemi capacitors.I am extremely particular about the quality of the parts provided in this kit. Knowing how many bogus/fake caps, diodes, resistors, etc. are out there, I source all the parts from reputable wholesalers and buy them in bulk. Vintage audio equipment has the potential to deliver rich and authentic sound when it is properly restored. Not only can it enhance your listening experience, but it can also evoke memories and bring joy to your life. Let’s work together to bring your vintage gear back to its full potential, and make sure you have the music you deserve. ♩♬♫♪♫♩♬ “They Shall Have Music”- Avery FisherIncluded in this kit: 1. Power/Filter stage capacitors (Nichicon / Nippon / United Chemi) electrolytic capacitors. 2. Detailed instruction with colorful images, schematics, manuals (all of these are in electronic form, I consider these much better than printed version due to zoom availability). 3. Schematics 4. Complete audio path upgrade with high quality US made (IC) or Nippon audio grade film capacitors. 5. Parts for compete recap of all the electrolytic capacitors. 6. Complete recap of all PCBs. 7. Transistors (PNP, NPN). 8. fuse/s 9. Instructions on how to clean the chassis. 10. Instructions on how to clean a faceplate 11. Instructions on how to polish knob covers. 12. Support/help to a reasonable extend in case you need it. (This is what makes us different from other sellers.) Pioneer Light Replacement Kit w/ White LEDs Model SX-525 Receiver Lamp Bulbs

Up for sale here is this complete replacement lighting set for the Pioneer SX-525. You will receive: Six (6) snap-in warm white LED fuse lamps (for the tuning dial and meter) Five (5) wired 4mm warm white LEDs for the source lights & FM stereo light One (1) wired 8v 3mm orange LED for the tuning needle These are top-quality bulbs, and are the exact same ones I use when I rebuild Pioneer gear. These are top-of-the-line lights–I love using them! I have found that warm white LED fuse lamps look the best for the tuning dial–they give a nice clean blue glow. You will need a soldering iron, wire cutters, needlenose pliers, heat-shrink tubing (and something to heat it with), and a Philips screwdriver. Be very careful not to damage the tuning dial cord when you’re soldering! If you wrap the dial cord in aluminum foil ahead of time, that will help protect it. Replacing the tuning needle light is a bit difficult–you need to carefully pry open the little metal holder above the needle, put in the new bulb, then close up the metal holder again. The replacement tuning needle LED wires are a bit shorter than the originals, so you may need to splice the wires, then cover them with either heat-shrink tubing or electrical tape. I have kits for most other Pioneer gear listed, just take a look at my other listings. Please see my pictures for details. US shipping and handling is $5, and international is $18, no matter what quantity you buy. All my small parts are set up for combined shipping, so just use the “add to cart” feature and then check out all at once, and it will combine shipping. If you have any questions, please ask. Pioneer SX-525 Complete Rebuild Kit High-Quality Receiver Recap Caps Transistors

Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for the Pioneer SX-525. This includes all the parts you need to rebuild the Pioneer SX-525 power supply board, amplifier board, phono EQ board, and preamp board, plus it includes upgraded replacement main capacitors and 4 new output transistors. Lights I have listed separately. This includes the following: Power Supply Board: 5 capacitors7 diodes1 transistor Amplifier Board: 12 capacitors16 transistors2 resistors Phono EQ Board: 8 capacitors4 transistors Preamp Board:8 capacitors2 transistors Tuner Board: 12 capacitors 3 new main capacitors (same diameter as the old caps so they will fit the clamps)2 capacitors (one for the meter, one for the AWX-012 board) Instructions These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild Pioneer equipment. The main caps are one Epcos 3300 uf 100v cap and two Cornell-Dubilier 4700 uf 63v caps, the other capacitors are 105° Panasonic FC, Nichicon PW, and Wima film caps at the same uf ratings and the same or higher voltage ratings, and the transistors and diodes are the correct Fairchild/Onsemi subs for the original transistors. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but this is moderately complicated, and you should know what you’re doing and have a decent soldering iron, heat-sink compound, and a dim-bulb tester with a 60W or 100W incandescent bulb. Two of the new main caps are a hair smaller than the old ones, so if you put a single layer of electrical tape around the base they will fit the clamps perfectly. This kit may not fix your Pioneer SX-525, but it’s pretty likely that it will, and it will definitely help it run better. US shipping and handling is $6, and international is $28. If you have any questions, please ask. Looking for more parts? I have power switches, feet, pushbuttons, top case screws, bottom screws, faceplate screws, white LED fuse lamps, blue LED fuse lamps, 6.3v bi-pin bulbs, 8v bi-pin bulbs, 12v bi-pin bulbs, wired 8v 60ma bulbs, new power cords, new main capacitors for the Marantz 1060/2230, wired Pioneer speaker plug replacements, new 630v yellow film capacitors at 13 different values, a large variety of transistors for vintage stereo repair, and more.
