Technics SL-1200 M5G Recap Kit Capacitors Turntable Rebuild Speed Repair Set

Up for sale here is this complete recap kit for the Technics SL-1200 M5G turntable. This is all the capacitors you need to replace all of the electrolytic capacitors in your turntable. Leaky capacitors can damage the IC chips, so even if your turntable is working, you should still recap it. Please note that this kit is for the SL-1200 M5G only. It will not work on the other versions. I have a kit for the SL-1200 Mk1 (the original one) available here, and one available for the SL-1200 Mk2 here. This kit includes replacements for all 18 electrolytic capacitors on the boards, plus replacements for the D3 and D301 zener diodes. These are extremely high-quality parts, the same ones I use when I work on vintage stereo gear. Capacitors are Nichicon PW and Nichicon KL. I will include fairly basic instructions, but this is moderately complicated, and you should know what you’re doing and have a decent soldering iron. The instructions will include a link to download a free service manual, which will have instructions on how to open up your turntable. Please see my pictures for details. System works great, comes with infinity SM62 speakers, some Bose subwoofers, and proton EL 200 loudspeakers that can handle 30/200 Watts. Turntable and receiver have both been professionally gone through. I have the receipt but it’s very faded. Sounds amazing. It has a new high impedance needle, balance arm, weight, record light, turntable cover, she’s ready to work and she sounds amazing doing it.
