A note about working on the 8080DB/9090DB:The circuit board with the relay appears impossibly hard to work on, but it’s actually quite easy to access. Remove the top and bottom covers of your Sansui, and then look at the top towards the front. There are a few screws to remove and a few wires that unplug, then the whole front end with all the tuner boards will just tilt towards the front and come off.
