We harvested these parts from an Akai GX-4000D Reel to Reelthat has been in our bone yard. The rugluar version has the “GX Focused Field” badge with the black background where the GX is. The older more rarer version of this head cover the center “GX Focused Field” badge is copper colored and harder to find.

Refer to pics. I have attached a new power cord as the old one was cut off by the previous owner. The mic inputs were tested and they work as well as the other inputs. Both channels are clear and superb sounding as well.
