Mussel magnet Eminence Muscle Magnet/ Herald 12” Woofers 8 Ohms
Have a pair of vintage herald muscle alnico magnet / eminence 12” 8 ohm woofers that were pulled out of a Sansui cabinet. Apparently these drives were used in several different applications made in the 1970s. Mode S. 848A. Other numbers are shown in the picture gallery, they are woofers not musical nor pa speakers. Have been foamed by myself with a kit through Springfield speakers, they were surrounded with a universal kit recommended by a person there. Both have been tested and are in good working condition, granted they are from the 1970s. Sold as a pair

Unused like new, Peavey Blue Marvel 12″ 4 ohms 75W by Eminence, 2006 production year. See pics for cone no. if available. I have more matching speakers in stock if required. Makes an 8 ohm 2X12 cab if wired in series or 2 ohm if wired in parallel. Makes a 4 ohm 4×12 cab if wired series parallel combo.

They were originally intended for Allen organ speakers. The cones are in pristine condition. The voice coils are of 2” aluminum construction. There is no buzzing, rattling or indication of misaligned voice coils within the anticipated excursion limits of these woofers.
