here we have two ‘Philco’ brand vintage vacuum tubes. Both are 6SN7 GTB, however, one has three black plates and a chrome top and the second has two grey plates. As the above mentioned, the two- plate tube tested at 97, with the second, three – plate tube testing 95. Both are in the green “good”a section
