A 1949-1950 Ampex model 300. This is in a portable case that was turned into a coffee table 26×26” It’s huge and heavy. The unit is 24.5 inches by 19 inches by about 10” deep. I haven’t plugged it in, because I can see two of the three motors have bulging capacitors. 5 cables come out of it’s head assembly so I believe it’s a two track…? Cosmetically it’s pretty nice with a few scratches. It only includes the tape machine as shown. This must weigh 80 pounds, so pick up only on this guy.

The reel player these are pretty rare. It actually folds up into like a little suitcase. It’s pretty cool. The reel shaft turns when I do fast forward and reverse it makes a noise but I don’t see anything moving so it’s probably going to need a little bit of repair.
