This lets you replace the original underpowered 5B2 bridge rectifier and attached. 022 uf capacitors. You just need to assemble it, which is simple. The actual bridge rectifier used in this is rated at 25A 800v, but that’s with an attached heat-sink, so it’s not going to be good for that much power here.
